Triton is a city of 6million and Aluumen is 3million. You can see the sizes of the dots vary, larger obviously larger cities and so on. There are smaller towns all along the coast and less as you get further north and the center near the boarders is mountainous region and has less visible light at night. Hope this helps.

Since Follvirkeland is a bit of a large country, there will be large swaths of undeveloped land. Also to note, the city Hinali is the largest city in the country.
